2 cups strawberries, sliced

1 cup grape tomatoes, coarsely chopped

½ cup green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

¼ cup fresh mint, chopped

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon grated lime zest

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

½ teaspoon coarse salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Place the strawberries, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno pepper, mint, cilantro, and lime zest into a mixing bowl. Stir in the lime juice, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to serve.
